Comment in question re: the browning of america Written by Leosprycat , on 02-05-2002 01:52 James, thanks for telling us about Rodriquez's new book. The darkest people on this earth have skin that's really just an extremely deep shade of brown, and the tans that the White people or our earth get is, of course, just a very pastel tint of brown. So Brown seems to be a way of including us all, I guess. Rodriquez seems to be on the same page with us Multiracials, and I like that (hahaha). Rodriquez appears to be always looking for ways to bring our human family together, instead of ways to tear us apart. And that sounds just like what we Multiracials are also always tying to do (hahaha); be a bridge for humanity, a uniting force for good. I've always loved his essays on our Nation's exciting Multiracial future. So, now we have his book and we have Charles Michael Byrd's book: Two great and very relevant books that we can cherish and pass on to our kids and grandkids. James, Sir, I hope you're working on one, too. And I mean that, 102%. James Landrith, you've been in the struggle for a long time; and I'm convince that you have a lot to leave to us in a book that our future generations can ponder and learn from far into the future. At least that's what I think. Sir (smile), stay healthy and live long. Our Multiracial struggle has continuing need for your courage, your dedication, and your energy. James (heehee), may you continue to be the blessing to us, that you've always been. Your service to us and our offspring is greatly appreciated. Respect and best wishes for you and all your loved ones; Leo Y. "Ireland" Abdulmalik (humble North American Triracial Ethnic guy) >
