I did your survey off of the Gift list. Caucasion is not a culture! As an example, out of your list, I can only identify culturally with African Americans. If I had an Irish born parent who actually had a culture, I don't know if Caucasion would describe it. Even if you had "American" on your list of cultures, I would certainly prefer to choose that as my alternate choice. 
 
I also hope that your study differentiates between "Race", culture and ethnicity.  
 
I noticed that your wording changed in the middle of the survey. I am one thing "racially" (Pick the one that makes YOU feel the most comfortable - human, Black, White, Biracial), another thing nationality wise (American) and yet another ethnically (African American) and culturally (African American and American which are really two different cultures).
