Hello,
I think this article lends support to the resurrection of the Racial Privacy Initiative and/or the extension of of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
of 1996 to include individual genetic information. We don't need folks like the blogger mentioned in the article asking employees for blood/urine tests on some pretense only to fire them on the basis of undesirable genetic material.
