RE: "is diversity good" from h. jaffa 1.17.03 trying to value diversity of customs, including even slavery, as you mention, indicates that diversity cant really be a decent value. indeed, the diversity-value representation is essentially a cover-name for racial preference policies as you say. this makes it anti-merit to value diversity inthis sense .itcan be also a matter of life and death, as you indicate. see www.johnsbolton.net for much more on this ...
