Subject: Letter to the Editor: Trent Lott

The Democratic Party is in thrall to "black" racists and the Republican Party is wedded to "white" racists. I believe the movement against forced government racial classifications should shun any identification with any particular party. "One issue" movements have a history of success in America by taking their grievances directly to the public.
