Washington, D.C. Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton, (D-DC). Rep Norton, who rabidly opposes self-identification by multiracials and believes in applying the one-drop rule to all individuals of partial black ancestry, clearly has no business legislating and TMA recommends voting her out of office next election.
