1) I guess its only safe for racists to assume biracials can only be born "black". Fact is, people like the very white looking singer Amanda Marshall (whose mother is black) and Victoria Rowell's 100% Nordic daughter Maya scare them to death. God forbid a little girl like Haley (a mulatto from Oprah's '99 special) should grow up and become the love of their life – black ancestry and all.
2) Fact is, African Americans are already on average 20-26% Caucasian. They are also mixed with Native American. Alone or with members of another race, they can easily produce mixed looking individuals. And, mixing is the way of the land it seems – it always has been. A significant percentage of blacks were absorbed in North Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Spain, Italy, and Portugal. Today, their populations are unique and reknown for their beauty. Perhaps America's population of blacks, asians and whites will merge into a single race of "AMERICANS" (eliminating titles such as irish-american, italian-american, asian-american, and african-american). The future American will no doubt look something like black-identified Brazilian actress Camila Pitanga and will have a pride in and an allegiance to America – not Europe or Africa.
