You have a wonderful site. I would like to take exception to one article however. Your “Hall of Shame” listing of those that condemn interracial marriages includes the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, commonly known as Mormons. The listing cites only one example, that of a Mr. John Walsh, the former operator of a now-defunct website that detailed his beliefs about Mormonism. While the Mormon church did at one time exclude African Americans and those of other races from belonging to its priesthood and participating in temple ceremonies, this policy was reversed in 1978 and now people of all races, colors and nationalities are encouraged to join, to hold the priesthood and to participate in temple ceremonies, including marriage to anyone regardless of race. Mr. Walsh’s views are his own and do not represent the official policies of the church or the vast majority of its members.
Thanks for the update Mr. Park. The Hall has been updated.
