For several months, through the participation of The Multiracial Activist, I’ve been a plaintiff in the lawsuit coordinated by Kate Martin, Ken Gude and Mort Halperin and the Center for National Security Studies asking for Justice/INS to release the names of those detained on suspected terrorist activity, or in most cases, just plain detained, while the Adminstration played fast and loose with FOIA, attorney-client privilege, etc. I haven’t yet read the 40-some page decision, as it was just release.
