Good point, the only reason I didn’t include them in terrorism portion was the lack of clarity on why they were killing folks.
Although, I should have used them in the first two paragraphs as their case is an excellent rebuttal to the use of racial profiling. The profilers had cops looking for “white” snipers due to over-reliance on a “science” that was based on tying together past events on a few similarities of the perpertrators as opposed to seeing them as individual actions. We were caught with our pants down on this one due to a short-cut theory which relies on the law of averages, rather than real hard-core police work.
The snipers are another example of non-Arab terrorists.
