What’s up with the intensity of stumping that John McCain is undertaking on behalf of Mr. Bush? I can understand a campaign stop here and there. But, he’s lately been campaigning non-stop with Bush? And, they’re looking an awful lot more like a candidate team than anything else? I have a sneaking suspicion that the “October surprise” from the Bush camp this election year will be some sort of minor “heart incident” for Mr. Cheney, by any measure a major liability to the republicans at this point . .. .leading to Chaney’s dropping out as the Veep candidate “for the good of the country” and, then, whammo, you’ve got yourself a brand new, clean as a whistle Veep candidate named McCain!! Boy, if that happens . .. .shame, shame, shame on John McCain. But, again, I must ask . . . . why the heavy, heavy stumping by McCain?? It’s just a bit too much for me to find . . . .credible.
