Another book mentioning The Multiracial Activist (TMA) has come to my attention. The Fundamentals of Extremism: The Christian Right in America, edited by Kimberly Blaker (excerpt here), mentions my application to Bob Jones University (no – I didn’t intend to attend, just expose their policy to more scrutiny), the infamous letter I received from their public affairs department after requesting more information on their “interracial” policy and their ban on “interracial” dating among students. I’ve made it a new addition to my personal library and it looks to be an interesting read. TMA’s issues page on BJU is available here. There are also several postings on the topic available in this blog’s archives.
My best friend, Miss Poppy Dixon, would be so proud.
BTW, another book mentioning TMA on the same topic is Noah’s Curse: The Biblical Justification of American Slavery.

Is it possible that something more than a huge manifestation of guilt is what’s motivating these people?
