Drug use is a victimless &quot;crime&quot; and none of the government&#39;s business. The War on Drugs has become nothing more than an excuse for corrupt police and prosecutors to: seize property from the citizenry (without ever charging or convicting the citizen); to employ racist, racial profiling schemes that punish appearance and not action; and for U.S. Customs officials to commit sexual abuse (through invasive body cavity searches) of women, as recently exposed in Chicago at the O&#39;Hare Airport.<\/p>\n<p>For more information on ending the drug war, see:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lp.org\/intro\/wod.html\">http:\/\/www.lp.org\/intro\/wod.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>On a personal note, in 1976, my grandfather was murdered.
