Monsieur Martin was born in The 7th Ward,
\n“Le C\u0153ur” of the Cr\u00e9ole section of Nouvelle Orleans,
\n13 Avril 1923.<\/p>\n

At 19, he left Le Vieux Carr\u00e9 for
\nLe Corps des Marines Am\u00e9ricains,
\nin which he served for over 3 years.<\/p>\n

Monsieur Martin concluded that
\nLouisiana French Cr\u00e9oles
\nare an Independent Nation.<\/p>\n

In 1979, he founded The International
\nFrench Cr\u00e9ole Cultural Society.<\/p>\n

He advocated for the unification of The French Cr\u00e9ole Nation,
\nnot only in the province of Louisiane,
\nbut throughout The Worldwide French Diaspora.<\/p>\n

In 1994, Monsieur founded the Louisiana Reclamation Movement to
\nre-expose The Louisiana Territory as LA TERRITOIRE FRENCH CR\u00c9OLE:<\/p>\n

“Martin argues that the French Cr\u00e9oles of Louisiana are entitled to
\ntax exemptions and tax refunds, not only from federal government but
\nfrom each and every State where they have been made to pay income
\nor property taxes.<\/p>\n

He makes that assumption because he said that, the United States did,
\nin deed, receive and make use of 908,380 square miles of Territory.
\nAnd for that acquisition, Martin claims, that U.S. guaranteed that it
\nwould comply with the treaty and provide to the French Cr\u00e9oles and their
\ndescendants many of the rights they did not receive.”<\/p>\n
