A redirect script is in place ensuring that bookmarks, search engine listings and external hyperlinks to the former html files are all forwarded to each article&#8217;s new location.  Result: no lost linkage!  It&#8217;s the little things&#8230;<br \/> <!--more--> <br \/> Next at bat: legislative and regulatory information (court decisions, legislation, advocacy\/comment letters), the remaining news links (1995 &#8211; 2005), the massive links directory (grumble, grumble), press releases, etc.  I plan to be finished with all conversions, except the links directory, by month&#8217;s end.
