The fossil&#8217;s age, cranium, jaw fragment and teeth suggest it is the earliest member of the human family, the researchers said.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>These types of discoveries fascinate me.  We know so much about the past and yet still so little.  And a lot of what we do &#8220;know&#8221; is just plain wrong.  Then there are those who wish to keep discoveries of this type in the U.S. a secret.
