That authority now rests largely with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the subpoenas do not require court approval.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Domestic surveillance of anyone at anytime, without court supervision?  I can&#8217;t see why anyone would have a problem with that.  Nope.  Not a bit.
