According to <a href=\"http:\/\/forums.delphiforums.com\/hosts\/messages?msg=11419.1\">Prospero Technical Support<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Since 12:30 pm ET today, Prospero has been experiencing a hardware problem that is affecting some, but not all, forums on our platform. One of our database disks has a hardware failure, which means that forums using that database server are also down. Our database vendor is currently working on the problem, and we expect a report from them soon.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Hopefully this issue will resolved soon and everyone will regain access to <a href=\"http:\/\/forums.delphiforums.com\/multiracial\/start\">The Multiracial Activist Forum and Chat<\/a>.
