Guessing what the president was thinking, she told him, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Mr. President, it is Obama with a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153b\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. Still, the president did not get it. The congresswoman briefly explained to Bush who Obama was. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Well, I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t know him\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, the president responded. Jan Schakowsky paused for a moment and then said to the president, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153You will.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d <\/p>\n<p>No doubt, Mr. Bush now knows, just like many watchers of American politics in America and far beyond. Even Stevie Wonder can tell you there is a new phenomenon in American political arena.
