Hello, I am a 15 year old high school student. I am biracial. I understand who
I am, where I came from, and where I'm headed. I've been involved in an
organization called I-pride: interracial/intercultural pride since I was very
little. It helped me (along with my parents), to understand that I'm not
different in any color, shape, or form, and to realize that there are so many
biracial people in the world, just like me. Well, bing aware, and involved, I
was excepted as an intern for a mixed race magazine called mavin. Mavin is a
magazine that celebrates the mixed race experience, with articles such as
mulattos for dummies, transracial adoption, and featured are interviews, poems,
stories, profiles, and websites/oarganizations, and people that you can contact.
If this interests anyone, please e-mail me. Thank you.
Sincerley,
