The letter at this link is in response to a letter sent by Project RACE in January and my constant phone harassment of Claudette Bennett, Census Bureau double-talker regarding the Census Bureau’s plans to send out 1990 Census forms to multiple race category respondents, asking them to choose one race. Dr. Prewitt does not adequately explain the Bureau’s intentions on sending out the 1990 forms. Not even close. I have no choice, but to believe that the forms will become part of some collapsing scheme.
