I’ve been informed via a Senate staffer that as of this morning, the Federal Reserve pulled consideration of changes to Regulation B from it’s open meeting agenda and that they may not bring it up ever again. I doubt that last part, but it doesn’t hurt to hope.
I’d like to think that my joint letter with Ward Connerly, which was emailed and faxed directly to the Board Secretary Jennifer Johnson, made an impact. America’s Community Bankers also sent in a letter:
