Please allow this introduction for OF MANY COLORS: Portraits of Multiracial Families. Of Many Colors is a touring collection of museum quality photographs and text, for a k-6, adolescent, and adult audience,that tell the story of pioneering multiracial families who have bridged the racial divide.

The exhibit has been featured at hundreds of sites in the US and abroad: Columbia University; American Society of Curriculum Development Conference,National Association of Independent Schools, the Needham, Mass school district, University of Chicago; Unitarian Churches, Windom Open School, Minn., Roosevelt University, Chicago, Department of Defense Elementary Schools, Germany, and many, many other sites.

This exhibit is now available as a book: OF MANY COLORS: Portraits of Multiracial Families (with a foreword by Teaching Tolerance Editor, Glenda Valentine). The Of Many Colors book is a wonderful resource for educators, children, and adults. The book includes the exhibit narratives and photographs of over thirty families, plus a resource guide.
