SECOND NOTICE OF FILING ADDITIONAL EXHIBITS

I.

On Wednesday, the Department of Justice officially released information about still another person detained by the INS in connection with the post-9/11 investigation. Department spokeswoman Susan Dryden announced the detainee’s name (Ramsi Al-Shannaq), the date and place of his arrest (at his home in Baltimore on June 24), and the charge against him (“overstaying his visa”). Other officials disclosed other details about his situation. II.

This morning, the Supreme Court granted the government’s motion for a stay, pending appeal to the Third Circuit, of the district court’s ruling in North Jersey Media Group, Inc. v. Ashcroft. The relevant pages of today’s Order List are attached hereto as Exhibit B. The Order List is also available at <http://www.supremecourtus.gov/orders/ 01ordersofthecourt.html>.
