Subject: Jared Taylor’s appearance on Donahue last night
To the editor,
I was watching Jared Taylor on Phil Donahue on MSN last night. He was discussing about diversity being a major threat to Euro-American genetic and cultural unity. A caller from Washington state told Mr. Taylor that his kids might marry someone outside of their ethnicity and have multiethnic kids. Mr. Taylor told the caller that interracial mixing means the end of the “white race” as well as the end of “Western Civilization.”
In last year’s issue of Essence, Audrey Edwards explicitly wanted her stepson to marry a black person. If that’s not the most blatantly racist comment I read, then what is?
I’m a multiracial woman of African/Indian/European descent and frankly I’m tired of the racism being promoted in mainstream media like MSNBC and Essence Magazine.
Mr. Landrith, we need to keep a close eye, not just on blatant white and black supremacists, but also those in three-piece suits who cloaked their prejudices in rational and philosophical terms. I hope to write more about this disturbing phenomenom in the following weeks.
